Baby Doc, Scary Gerry and the legion of superheroes

A little late with this, but I couldn’t resist the story of OFMDFM junior ministers Ian Óg Paisley and Gerry Kelly launching a comic to promote children’s rights. According to UTV,

Herbie Healthy, Sophie Safe, Archie Achiever, Emer the Eco Girl, Donna Does-A-Lot and Rory Rights are featuring in the new Super Six comic launched in Belfast by junior ministers Gerry Kelly and Ian Paisley Junior to let children understand how the power sharing government is promoting their interests.”

Personally, I’d rather see Buckley relaunch Power Man & Iron Fist, but how likely is that?

Meanwhile, it’s all change for the Kerry superheroes as Wednesday reports that Beige Suit Man’s parliamentary office is now being occupied by Flat Cap Man.

Not at all – unless the local media are making it up.
