So there is this wee town within the boundaries of Detroit called Hamtramck. Historically it’s as Polish as a paczek but these days it’s also Bangladeshi, Bosnian, and slightly bohemian. This weekend is Labor Day, an American holiday meant to avoid May Day. Anyway, there are always parties and cook-outs and lame outdoor live music events.
But you know whose playing at the Hamtramck Labor Day cook out this year…
? and the Mysterians.
